Endorsement

[1] Further to my endorsement dated January 28, 2014, James H. Carnes (“Cairns”) did on February 21, 2014 by way of correspondence request a 30 day extension in which to file his cost submissions regarding the moving party’s motion.

[2] Alex Cameron in his correspondence dated February 24, 2014 has advised that the defendants by counterclaim, DCR Strategies Inc., Huguette Masse and Peter Tuovi take no position regarding Carnes’ request.

[3] Eric D. Freedman in his correspondence dated February 25, 2014 advised that Stefano G. Tripodi consents to Cairns’ request for a 30 day extension in which to deliver Carnes’ costs submissions.

[4] The time for Cairns to submit his costs submissions is extended until March 25, 2014. Any reply submissions in response to Cairns’ costs submissions are to be submitted by April 4, 2014.

[5] The parties are to advise the court if the issue of costs is settled between the parties.
