[1] I have taken case management of this matter. All motions must be brought before me or before another judge with my consent.

[2] The following timetable is to be followed by the parties:

i. All expert reports relating to the origin of the perennial rye grass and to the issue of damages shall be served and filed by February 28, 2014;

ii. mediation is to be held no later than April 30, 2014;

iii. all experts relating to the grass issue and the damages issue shall meet with their counterparts and shall discuss each other’s report no later than June 30, 2014. The experts shall, no later than July 15, 2014, file a report with my office setting out those facts they can agree upon, issues they disagree on, and why they disagree;

iv. a final trial management conference is to take place in Walkerton on September 2, 2014 at 1:00 p.m.

[3] The third party action is to be tried at the same time as the main action.
