[1] Counsel advise that there has been unavoidable change in the timetable as set out in my endorsement of June 2, 2013. Counsel have agreed to postpone the delivery of the plaintiff’s factum to January 31, 2014, and the defendant’s factum to February 28, 2014.
[2] I am content with that agreement and order accordingly.
[3] Once the factums have been delivered, counsel shall arrange a conference call with my office to arrange a date for argument.
