SUPPLEMENTARY REASONS FOR decision
Kane J.
[1] The motion was argued:
(a) initially on February 22, 2013; and
(b) as to jurisdiction, on April 26, 2013.
[2] Reasons for Decision were released on June 21, 2013. This court failed to articulate in its reasons when payment of interim spousal support commenced. The court states therein at para. 68, that it is not deciding the claim for arrears of spousal support.
[3] The court imputed income to the respondent as he unilaterally stayed in France contrary to the agreement that he return to Canada where he had been gainfully employed.
[4] Interim spousal support in the amount of $1,300 per month is payable on the 1st day of each month commencing July 1, 2013 for the above reasons.
