[1] The parties appeared before me today for the purpose of setting a schedule to hear submissions concerning the appropriate penalty in this matter.

[2] The schedule is as follows:

a. The Commissioner of Competition will file its submissions by October 28, 2013.

b. Rogers Communications Inc. and Chatr Wireless Inc. will file submissions by November 22, 2013.

c. The Commissioner of Competition will file Reply submissions by December 6, 2013.

d. Argument concerning the appropriate penalty will be heard on January 13 and 14 2014.
