ENDORSEMENT
[1] This motion was adjourned to the trial sittings of March 18th, 2013 to be addressed after the child protection trial was finished. The trial in file C1130/11 was concluded on April 24th, 2013. Both parents were represented by counsel in that file. The applicant was the Catholic Children’s Aid Society of Hamilton.
[2] I have shown Ms. Williams and Ms. Katz as being agents for the parties in this C.L.R.A. file because the parties were self represented when the pleadings were filed. However, both of these lawyers were solicitors on record on the child protection file and both have spoken to this matter on the C.L.R.A. file a few times.
[3] I released my judgment on September 13th, 2013 on file C1130/11 and I ordered Crown wardship without access for the child C-L.
[4] Since the only claims in file F423/11 were custody, access and child support, I see no reason in making any order other than that all claims are dismissed, and I will make such an order. If there is any reason for a different order to be made, counsel can arrange to see me.
Final Order to Issue.
- All claims for custody, access and child support for the child C-L.M. S. born […], 2011 are dismissed due to the order made in the child protection file C1130/11 on September 13th, 2013.
