[1] I have reviewed the written submissions of Ms. de la Torre concerning costs and interest. The defendants have not filed any materials.

[2] She has mistakenly used the post-judgment quarterly amounts in her calculations for prejudgment interest. Ms. de la Torre is to resubmit to the court and the defendants a proper calculation of prejudgment interest within 21 days.

[3] Since the defendants have not filed any materials, nor have they responded to my assistant’s August 22, 2013 letter, I will provide my reasons on costs and interest within 10 days of receipt of Ms. de la Torre’s submissions without further notice to the defendants. Of course, they may file responding materials within the 10-day period.
