SUPPLEMENTARY ENDORSEMENT
[1] This endorsement is supplementary to the endorsement I issued June 21, 2013. The case will be listed for trial to commence on the week of November 12, 2013 for seven days. Failure by either the applicant to deliver Dr. Goldstein’s report by July 31, 2013 or by the respondent to obtain a responding report by September 15, 2013 will not result in the vacating of the trial date. Parties, at this point, may consider whether in the timeframe allotted they can amend their pleadings and undertake whatever disclosure requirements might follow with respect to child support and equalization. They may advise me of their decision and procedural requirements on July 4, 2013. However, the addition of issues is not to result in the postponement of the trial.
