[1] My endorsement was released April 19, 2013. The respondent sought increased access which was denied by the applicant.
[2] The applicant sought permission to travel in August to Egypt with the child for a vacation. The respondent opposed the request.
[3] Both parties were successful on their respective motions.
[4] Accordingly, as noted in the endorsement success was divided.
[5] I have reviewed the submissions of both counsel and I am not persuaded that, given the results, any costs should be awarded.
[6] There shall be no order as to costs.
