Addendum to Judgment dated march 13, 2013
[1] Access to Mr. Cole will also be in accordance with paragraph 6 of the Minutes of Settlement of July 9, 2012.
[2] As this is not disputed, Mr. Cole will reimburse Ms. Geurts-Cole the amount of $1,091.58 for her costs of the mediation. As for the legal consultation fees in the amount of $1,059.38, if this amount is not disputed, Mr. Cole will also reimburse Ms. Geurts-Cole for that amount. If otherwise, I may be spoken to.
[3] Mr. Cole shall transfer his interests in the Ford Focus to the Ms. Geurts-Cole within 30 days of this Order without any cost to Ms. Geurts-Cole. Mr. Cole shall sign whatever documentation is necessary including the MTO gift declaration to affect the transfer on a tax free basis. I do not recall if submissions were made with respect to this issue and I am assuming it is not in dispute. If I am incorrect in my assumption, I may be spoken to.
[4] Mr. Cole will maintain the children on any benefit plan available to him through his employment.
[5] Mr. Cole will maintain Ms. Geurts-Cole on any benefit plan available to him until the divorce is finalized.
[6] If counsel wish clarification on these additional terms of my order, I may be spoken to.
