[1] By letter dated March 5, 2013, counsel for the plaintiffs requested an appointment to seek clarification of a costs endorsement I made in this action on October 2, 2012. The endorsement was made in the context of a request to adjourn a motion dated July 4, 2012.
[2] An appointment to obtain clarification is not necessary. I have refreshed my recollection by reviewing the endorsement in question. The costs order of $1,250.00 plus HST was intended to cover both the costs thrown away and the disposition of the relief sought in paragraphs 2 and 3 of the notice of motion. I did not intend to grant costs of $1,250.00 plus some additional amount for costs thrown away.
