ENDORSEMENT ON COSTS
[ 1 ] This endorsement relates to the costs of the motion heard by this court on January 11, 2012, following which the court reserved and released its ruling on January 12, 2012 (Despoja v. Despoja, 2012 ONSC 340 ).
[ 2 ] The parties have come to an agreement on costs, as set out in the correspondence received by the court from Mr. Shapiro dated January 25, 2012.
[ 3 ] In accordance with that agreement, this court orders:
The Respondent shall pay costs of the motion to the Applicant in the sum of $2,500 inclusive, to be paid by way of set off against future spousal support owing to her.
The total amount that the Family Responsibility Office is required to redirect to the Applicant in satisfaction of paragraph 4(3) of this court’s endorsement released on January 12, 2012 is $14, 856.44, which amount includes the cost order made herein.
