ENDORSEMENT
1The wife moved to vary the terms of a separation agreement that have to do with child support [2012 ONSC 255]. She seeks costs.
2The parties each had a degree of success. The husband should have made disclosure earlier, but the wife acted unreasonably in deliberately breaching the separation agreement’s requirement that she deposit money into the child’s RESP.
3There will be no order as to costs.
