SUPPLEMENTARY ENDORSEMENT

[ 1 ] On August 29, 2012 I released my Reasons for Decision. I included a child support order in the alternative since at that time it was not known whether one child would be with each parent or both children with the Applicant Mother.

[ 2 ] It is now known that Armig resides with the Applicant Mother and Karmig resides with the Respondent Father as of August 2012.

[ 3 ] Accordingly the judgment is to be enforced as child support as per paragraph 11 (b), (d) and (f) of the judgment as signed.

[ 4 ] This clarification is for the Family Responsibility Office.

[ 5 ] Support Deduction order to issue.
