[ 1 ] The parties appeared before me on November 15 and 16, 2012 to argue summary judgment motions brought by the defendant, the Corporation of the Township of Rideau Lakes, a second summary judgment brought by Mr. Churchill and a motion to amend the Statement of Claim brought by the Plaintiffs.

[ 2 ] The arguments made by the parties did not address the following issue:

If the motion to amend the Statement of Claim is successful, is it the intention of the Defendants or either one of them to argue that the summary judgment motion should also be in relation to the relief sought in the Amended Statement of Claim?

[ 3 ] Would counsel please contact the trial coordinator’s office at 613-239-1585 and arrange a brief appearance before me to deal with this issue. The time should be no more than 45 minutes. In the alternative, the parties can write to me in the event that they all agree on how this question is to be answered.
