AMENDED COSTS ENDORSEMENT

[ 1 ] The Respondent was forced to file material and attend court in response to the Applicant’s “emergency” motion which was dismissed and she is entitled to costs.

[ 2 ] I have read the submissions of both parties and fix costs payable by the Applicant to the Respondent in the amount of $3,995 inclusive of HST and disbursements in the amount of $204.36 inclusive of HST for a total of $4,199.36 .
