[ 1 ] This Costs Endorsement is further to my Reasons for Judgment, Citation: Polsinelli v. Sanci ONSC 824 dated February 8, 2012.

[ 2 ] The Defendant was entirely successful on motions heard December 23, 2011 and is entitled to costs. The Plaintiff brought a meritless contempt motion and failed to diligently move the matters along. The Defendant is entitled to costs on a substantial-indemnity rate which are set at $15,377.41, all in.
