revised ENDORSEMENT on costs

[ 1 ] The Applicant was successful in obtaining child support and is entitled to costs on a partial indemnity basis which I fix at $3,000 inclusive of disbursements and costs. These costs shall be collected through FRO at $50.00 per month commencing October 1, 2012.

[ 2 ] To assist the parties in drafting the order I agree with Mr. Bickle’s suggested wording in italics on page 3 of his costs submissions.

[ 3 ] If there is any difficulty getting the order approved or issued and entered it may be sent to me.
