E N D O R S E M E N T

[ 1 ] This matter first came before the Court on November 17, 2010, at which time I made the following endorsement:

The material is inadequate and does not satisfy me the infant claims do not exceed $15,000. Full details of the adult injury, treatment, medical and psychological reports and a detailed description of any changes in the activities, home life, care, guidance and companionship are required or an allotment of $5,000 for each infant paid into court.

[ 2 ] The solicitor failed to respond as directed by the Court until the time has now gone and both infants are of age.

[ 3 ] The solicitor is directed to send a report to me explaining how this happened, why no response was made to the Court's direction and the ultimate result of the action. This report in writing is to be on my desk by start of Court business, September 20, 2012.
