costs ENDORSEMENT

[ 1 ] I have reviewed the submissions of the parties. The Defendants were entirely successful on the motion and are entitled to the costs of the motion as well as the costs of the action on a partial indemnity basis.

[ 2 ] After reviewing the submissions of counsel I order that the Plaintiff pay to the Defendants costs in the amount of $3,500 plus GST. The costs are to be paid within 60 days.
