ENDORSEMENT

[ 1 ] Counsel attended by telephone conference call today. After submissions from counsel, it is ordered that no case management judge shall be appointed for this matter.

[ 2 ] It is ordered that any amendments to the pleadings be completed by the end of August 2012.

[ 3 ] It is ordered that the defendants serve upon counsel for the plaintiff any expert’s report they intend to rely upon on or before October 31, 2012.

[ 4 ] It is ordered that if either party intends to bring any motion prior to trial, such motion is to be brought before Turnbull J. and counsel are granted leave to attend by telephone conference call if they so choose.

[ 5 ] It is ordered that the plaintiff provide a copy to the counsel for the defendants of the clinical notes and records of Dr. Wolkoff M.D. on or before July 15, 2012.

[ 6 ] It is ordered that counsel attend on a telephone conference call with me on Thursday, November 1, 2012 at 9:15 a.m. The telephone co-ordinators can be obtained from the Administrative Assistant to Regional Senior Justice at 905-645-5323.
