REASONS FOR DECISION
[ 1 ] At my direction, counsel attended by conference call.
[ 2 ] It is ordered that this case shall be case managed by me from this point and all motions are to be brought before me unless otherwise ordered.
[ 3 ] It is ordered that the examination for discovery of the plaintiff shall take place August 22, 2012 and the examination of the FLA plaintiff shall take place August 30. 2012.
[ 4 ] It is ordered that the plaintiff’s counsel shall exercise best efforts to immediately update all productions related to this matter, to provide counsel with copies of the request letters as they are sent and to forthwith forward copies of any documents received from such requests to counsel for the defendants in each action.
[ 5 ] It is ordered that counsel for the plaintiff shall forward to counsel for the defendants, on or before June 29 th , 2012, any request letters for productions to which there has not been a response to date.
[ 6 ] It is ordered that if plaintiff’s counsel has not received satisfactory responses to any of the request letters for productions, counsel for the plaintiff or any other party shall bring a motion for production pursuant to Rule 30.10 on or before August 5, 2012. Such motion may be brought before a judge other than myself at a regular motions court date.
[ 7 ] It is ordered that this matter shall be removed from the July 27 th , 2012 Assignment Court List at the John Sopinka Courthouse and shall not again be placed on an Assignment court list without my specific order.
