ADDENDUM TO REASONS FOR DECISION

[ 1 ] The Amended Warrant of Committal signed by me and dated June 8, 2012, a copy of which is attached as Appendix “A” to this Addendum , amends paragraphs 52 and 53 of my Reasons for Decision released November 29, 2011 ( R. v. Glasner , 2011 ONSC 7044 ).

[ 2 ] The allocation of sentence referred to in that Amended Warrant of Committal is the correct allocation between the offences in respect of the total sentence of seven years after the deduction of a total pre-sentence custody credit of four years.
