[ 1 ] The Court has received an affidavit from Mr. Wentges dated June 13, 2012 requesting that the restraining order issued by the Court on May 30, 2012 be rescinded. No Notice of Motion was served and filed with the affidavit.

[ 2 ] The Court has reviewed and considered the Respondent’s affidavit.

[ 3 ] In the Court’s view the information contained in the affidavit does not justify the rescinding of the restraining order. Accordingly, the restraining order will remain in place until further order of the Court.
