ENDORSEMENT

[1] The Applicant filed materials styled as Notice of Application for Directions. There is an extensive history of related proceedings. The Applicant advised the Court today that the specific relief he sought was to set aside the Order of Costs made by Justice Harvison Young dated December 12, 2005. That order provided that he pay costs set at $500 to each named Defendant forthwith and that costs must be paid before any additional proceedings related to this matter may be initiated by Mr. Webb.

[2] The Applicant’s materials detail a convoluted desire to further litigate matters related to the Estate of James Arthur Webb. There is no basis to vary or set aside the very reasonable and yet unsatisfied costs order dated December 12, 2005.
