Cost ENDORSEMENT

[ 1 ] On consent, I order that Chatten’s pay Loyst the following costs, prejudgment interest and post-judgment interest:

1. Costs in the amount of $35,000 plus HST, inclusive of all fees and disbursements;

2. prejudgment interest as follows:

(a) ownership interest: with respect to this award of $180,000, prejudgment interest commencing August 24, 2011 at the rate of 1.3% per annum;

(b) notice period: with respect to this award of $76,902.93, prejudgment interest commencing March 12, 2009 at the rate of 1.3% per annum; and

3. post-judgment interest shall be calculated at the rate of 3% on the full judgment.
