[ 1 ] I am in agreement with the submissions of the respondent concerning transportation obligations for access exchanges of the children and the access schedule pending termination of the six-month interim period before a shared parenting regime is contemplated being established.
[ 2 ] As regards transportation, the willingness of the respondent to help out in transportation of the children should not be converted into an order binding him which would be contrary to my disposition on this issue.
[ 3 ] I also am of the view that the respondent has correctly interpreted my reasons as described in subparagraphs 15 a) and b) of his draft order. I would expect however, that the parties should begin working on a shared parenting schedule during the last month of the interim period in anticipation that it would be implemented after that period runs its course. If unable to agree on a schedule, a case conference may be arranged with me at a convenient time during the week of July 16, 2012 subject to the date and time to be confirmed by the Trial Coordinator.
