Amended judgment

[ 1 ] In this action, there was an error by counsel by not advising the court that the claim by William Van Evans against the defendant, Groupe Sima, was settled without costs at an earlier pre-trial conference. Therefore, paragraphs 33 to 36 and 47 to 50 as they relate to the findings made regarding Groupe Sima are vacated and set aside.
