[ 1 ] After carefully considering the parties’ costs submissions and the factors contained in the relevant Rules, I am of the view that there should be no order as to costs for the hearing before me. Success was divided, notwithstanding the respondent’s disingenuous submission to the contrary. His complicated and still not wholly explained income situation made appropriate consideration of his offer to settle problematic. Not accepting it, or parts of it, was not unreasonable under those circumstances.
