Costs ENDORSEMENT

[ 1 ] In the Endorsement released on March 21, 2012, I directed that the parties may make written submissions on costs within fourteen days thereof. The Respondent has not provided any costs submissions. The Applicant, in his submissions dated March 30, 2012, stated that it was his position that each party should bear their own costs of the motion as the Motion was brought simply to provide clarification of the nature of the relationship between the parties, which was necessary in order for the Court to proceed with the property question.

[ 2 ] In the absence of any submissions on behalf of the Respondent, I accept the submissions of the Applicant and make no order as to the costs of the Motion.
