ADDENDUM TO JUDGMENT

[ 1 ] At paragraph 22 of my Reasons for Decision dated February 3, 2012 I awarded the plaintiff damages totaling $313,484.01 plus pre-judgment interest in accordance with the Courts of Justice Act.

[ 2 ] Plaintiff’s counsel has since provided a calculation of the pre-judgment interest owing pursuant to the Courts of Justice Act in respect of the damages awarded that I find to be accurate. The calculation results in pre-judgment interest owing in the amount of $23,326.80.

[ 3 ] The plaintiff is, therefore, awarded pre-judgment interest in the amount of $23,326.80.
