[1] The motion for leave to appeal the order of Koehnen, J. dated February 18, 2025 (heard February 11, 2025) is dismissed with costs payable by the moving party to the responding party Mr. Hamami in the amount of $5,000 all-inclusive.

[2] The court declines the responding party’s request for an order restricting the moving party from bringing further motions or appeals related to this matter. Such a request would need to be brought by a separate motion under r. 2.2 of the Rules of Civil Procedure, R.R.O. 1990, Reg. 194 in the appropriate forum, to ensure the moving party receives the appropriate procedural protections, and not as a response to the motion for leave to appeal.
