[1] The motion by Nantu Kumar Ghosh for leave to appeal the decision of Dineen J. dated May 11, 2023 is dismissed on the grounds that the deadline for seeking leave to appeal was May 26, 2023 and no request for an extension of the time to seek leave to appeal was filed. The Moving Party Nantu Kumar Ghosh shall pay costs of $2,000.00 to the Responding Party within 30 days.

[2] The Moving Party Christian Levasseur filed a notice of motion that is combined with an unsworn and unsigned affidavit, dated December 9, 2024, that appears to seek leave to appeal the decision of Dow J. dated September 14, 2024. No request for an extension of time to seek leave to appeal was filed. Christian Levasseur’s motion for leave to appeal is dismissed with costs of $2,000.00 to be paid by the Moving Party Christian Levasseur to the Responding Party within 30 days

[3] The Moving Party, Tinku Ghosh, served a motion for leave to appeal on December 17, 2024 after the deadline for seeking leave to appeal the Orders and past the deadline for filing materials as set by the timetable of this Court. It does not explain any basis for granting leave to appeal. The motion for leave to appeal is dismissed with costs of $1,000.00 to be paid by the Moving Party Tinku Ghosh to the Responding Party within 30 days.

[4] The Responding Party’s Factum states that it was served with an unsworn and unsigned affidavit by J. Ghosh, a.k.a. Jharna Ghosh, that did not expressly seek leave to appeal the decisions of Dineen J. dated May 11, 2023 nor the decision of Dow J. dated September 14, 2024. That affidavit was not filed with the Court and, accordingly, is not before us.
