ENDORSEMENT

[1] The motion for leave to appeal the order of Akazaki J. dated March 19, 2025 (2025 ONSC 2973), dissolving the Mareva order of Lieper J., made September 13, 2024, is granted, with costs of $13,000, inclusive, payable in the discretion of the appeal panel.

[2] The impugned order is stayed, the Mareva order of Leiper J. is restored and extended pending final disposition of the appeal or other order of this court.

[3] The parties shall establish an expedited schedule for exchange of appeal materials and provide their agreed schedule to the court, by email, by June 16, 2025, failing which they shall attend a case management teleconference before D.L. Corbett J. on June 18, 2025, at 1:00 pm, at which they will settle the schedule. The appeal shall be case managed by D.L. Corbett J., or as D.L. Corbett J. may direct.
