ADDENDUM TO REASONS ON MOTION
[1] This is an addendum to my reasons released earlier today.
[2] At the hearing on February 20, 2025, the parties did not argue the Respondents’ motion seeking relief pursuant to s. 140 of the Courts of Justice Act to declare the Appellant a vexatious litigant.
[3] The balance of the relief sought is therefore adjourned to the regular motions court on Friday, March 7, 2025, to be spoken to.
