ENDORSEMENT
1. Counsel for the Moving Party, Mr. Locke, seeks release of a transcript of a case conference held before Pazaratz, J. on February 16, 2022 in the context of family law proceedings, which in turn led to a motion by the Respondent, Ms. Sypniewski before Bale, J. for child support.
2. The parties have also proposed a timetable for the serving and filing of the materials on the leave to appeal motion, which I have approved.
3. Having reviewed the motion materials, heard submissions from counsel and considering that this matter is not opposed, I make the following order:
a. The transcript of the appearance in this matter before Pazaratz, J. on February 16, 2022 is ordered to be released to counsel for Mr. Locke;
b. Within 10 days of receipt of the transcript, the Moving Party is to serve his motion record, factum and the transcript and file it with the Court;
c. The Respondent will serve and file her factum within 21 days of receipt of the materials from the Moving Party;
d. The parties are to upload their materials to CaseLines in accordance with the Notice to the Profession on the Superior Court of Justice website;
e. This matter will be heard in writing by a panel of three judges no sooner than 15 days from the filing of the Respondent’s materials.
