[1] The motion for an extension of time to move for leave to appeal is granted without costs. The motion for leave to appeal the order of Vermette J. dated December 21, 2022 (unreported) is dismissed, with costs payable by the moving parties to the responding party fixed at $5,000.00, inclusive, payable within thirty days. We note the harsh criticism of the motion judge in the moving parties’ materials, which we find to be entirely misplaced.
