DECISION

[1] The motion for leave to appeal from the order of Papageorgiou J. dated November 22, 2022 (unreported) is granted, with costs fixed at $3,000, inclusive, payable in the discretion of the appeal panel. The parties provided a date for reply materials; the court did not find it necessary to consider reply materials and concluded that the motion should be decided now so that a schedule may be established before the holiday season. The moving party shall provide a copy of this decision to the Office of the Children’s Lawyer forthwith. The appeal shall be heard on an expedited basis. Counsel shall attend a case management teleconference with D.L. Corbett J., on December 22, 2022, 2:00 pm, to set a schedule for exchange of appeal materials and a hearing date.
