The Responding Party, the City of Brampton is entitled to its costs fixed in the amount of $3500.00, all inclusive and the Responding Parties, the Region of Peel and Drainstar Contracting, are entitled to their costs fixed in the amount of $5000.00, all inclusive. These costs (totaling $8500.00) shall be paid by the Moving Party within 30 days.
