Endorsement
Sachs J. (orally)
[1] This is an appeal of the order of Bruhn J. in which she ordered the Appellant to reimburse the Respondent $3256.00 on account of an overpayment of child support. The motion judge found that the overpayment arose as a result of the fault of both parties and therefore, she ordered that each bear half the responsibility for the overpayment. The Appellant has not satisfied us that the motion judge made a palpable and overriding error when she made this finding. For this reason the appeal is dismissed. There shall be no order as to costs.
