ENDORSEMENT
[1] Although the motion record should have included an issued and entered order in accordance with the rules, the Court dispenses of the need for a formal order, given that the Moving Party is now self-represented. In the circumstances, it would not be a proper use of court resources to strike the motion from the list and have it brought back later.
[2] The motion for leave to appeal the order of André J. dated June 17, 2021 is dismissed. The Moving Party shall pay costs to the Responding Party in the amount of $1,750 all inclusive within 30 days.
Swinton J.
Lederer J.
Ryan Bell J.
