[1] We grant the adjournment peremptory to Mr. Bonollo to March 31, 2022 2 hours
[2] In the event that Mr. Bonollo does not perfect his appeal, including filing and serving a factum, on or before March 11, 2022, the landlord may bring an ex parte motion to quash the appeal
[3] The Landlord shall serve and file his responding materials no later than March 24, 2022.
[4] In the event that Mr. Bonollo is more than 1 day late in paying his monthly rent for any month prior to the return of this appeal, then the landlord may bring an ex parte motion to quash the appeal.
[5] There will be no order as to costs for today.
