ENDORSEMENT

[1] The motion for leave to appeal the decision of the Assessment Review Board dated March 26, 2021 (ARB File No. 167648) is granted, with costs in the agreed amount of $9,000, inclusive, payable in the discretion of the application panel.

[2] The parties shall agree upon a schedule for exchange of materials for the appeal and provide their agreed schedule to the court by email by October 15, 2021, failing which they shall schedule a case management teleconference with an administrative judge of the Divisional Court.
