DECISION ON MOTION FOR LEAVE TO APPEAL
[1] The moving parties seek leave to appeal the decision of Myers J. dated December 1, 2020 (2020 ONSC 7429). Upon reviewing the notice of motion for leave to appeal and the amended notice of motion for leave to appeal, the Reasons for Decision of the motions judge, and the materials filed by the responding parties, it is clear that this motion is entirely without merit. The motion for leave to appeal is dismissed. Costs to the responding party Samuel Property Management Ltd. fixed at $2282.15, and to the responding party Ian Latimer fixed at $533.24, both awards being all inclusive and payable forthwith.
