CASE MANAGEMENT ENDORSEMENT

[1] The applicant provides a response to the R.2.1.01 notice from the court in effect denying that underlying issues have been disposed of finally in prior proceedings.

[2] The respondents (Child and Family Services Review Board and Children’s Aid Society) are requested to provide the court forthwith with citations and copies of decisions:

a. Finally determining the issue of Crown wardship for the children; and

b. Finally determining the issue of adoption of the children.

[3] The applicant will be given a further opportunity to respond to the court’s concerns once copies of these decisions have been provided.

[4] The applicant notes correctly that the date of the scheduled case management teleconference was mis-identified in this court’s prior endorsement (2020 ONSC 4591). The teleconference was scheduled for August 11, 2020. That teleconference is cancelled and will be rescheduled as may be required following completion of the process pursuant to R.2.1.01.
