[1] Mr. Mason seeks a stay of the eviction order served on him following the order of Myers J. dated November 13, 2018 quashing his appeal. He intends to file a notice of motion to seek an extension of time to file an appeal of the order of Myers J.
[2] The Landlord and Tenant Board found he owed outstanding rent of approximately $25,000. His appeal of that order has been quashed. He also failed to pay the amounts contemplated in an earlier order of Myers J. dated August 24, 2018 to avoid the quashing of his appeal.
[3] As there is no appeal before this court and no basis for granting an extension order regarding an appeal of the order of Myers J. dated November 13, 2018, there is also no basis for an order staying the eviction order.
[4] Accordingly, the motion of Mr. Mason is dismissed.
