A.C.J.S.C. CUNNINGHAM: (Orally)
[1] On July 7, 2008, Member Wronecki of the Landlord and Tenant Board ordered Shnayderman’s tenancy to be terminated unless he paid certain arrears and other fees. This order was reviewed on July 14, 2008 and the original order was confirmed.
[2] This matter comes before us on a question of law. It should be noted that the appellant has paid the required sum of $6,880.11 and these funds have been released to the receiver of NCFTSU. The appellant remains in the rental unit.
[3] The appeal is moot and the appeal is dismissed.
COSTS
[4] Costs to the Respondent fixed in the all inclusive amount of $750.00, all inclusive to be paid forthwith.
