[1] This is an appeal from the decision of Forestell J., confirming the assessment, after a four day hearing of Assessment Officer E. M.G. Moquin.
[2] Forestell J. found, in a detailed endorsement, that the findings of the Assessment Officer were reasonable and entitled to deference.
[3] After hearing the well presented argument of Ms. Foster, we nevertheless conclude Forestell J. was correct and adopt her endorsement.
[4] Accordingly, the appeal is dismissed.
COSTS
[5] Costs to the respondent fixed at $3,500.00.
