[1] The motion to adjourn to obtain a transcript of the trial management conference, is denied.
[2] The reasons are that the presence of the court reporter at the conference is a practice adopted when a litigant is unrepresented. The transcript cannot be ordered without the permission of the conference judge. To grant an adjournment based on the hope that the permission would be granted, in our view, makes no sense.
[3] Rule 38.15 does not assist. It contemplates a transcript of oral evidence – nothing more. No one gave oral evidence at the case management conference.
