[1] On July 3, 2025, we released our decision allowing the respondent’s motion to quash the appeal. The parties subsequently delivered written costs submissions, which we have received and reviewed.

[2] We agree that the respondent’s claimed costs of $8,088.54 are fair, reasonable, and proportionate. Accordingly, the appellant shall pay forthwith to the respondent its partial indemnity costs of the motion in the all-inclusive amount of $8,088.54.
